 Post subject: SR20 oil switch

My old man wants to know where it's located. Also, does the timing chain tensioner use oil pressure like the L-series? My Mum's Pulsar makes a terrible noise on startup when cold. After a few seconds it disappears.

My N15 SSS does exactly the same thing :( . Is it the timing chain tensioner or something else?
