it looks better without the tub setup, checkerplate the chassis along with tyre guards and have some led taillights and be done with it :)

Gidday mate

I was watching that ute on ebay too. Was busy and did not bid! I have a 521 and 620 I am doing up. My 620 has a wickedly good condition tub, virtually rust free which are hard to get. Do you know where any other tubs are for my 521 project?

Hey, i removed a tub from another 620 and all the bolts sheered off that too!

You can use "easy outs". You drill with centre of the bolt/screw then knock them in and twist them out.

Do you need any more parts?

i need 3 chrome headlight surrounds for the grille

using the wheels on it but also thinking about modding a steel set with some 8" bands....painted red with the chrome caps, just to mix it up a bit.

I will see what's lying around. I definitely have a spare set of wheels for a 620. I also have 4 original caps but mine will be ole school so will keep them myself.

Here are my current projects. I am also doing an 87 ford meteor Ghia.

I also have a Camira I'm doing up for my bro and a dato 520 for parts but is nearly complete.

Just made a custom F100 ute trailer but need to do body of tub. Made this from scratch myself with all new parts, except body and taillights.

:)

lowered the back 2", remounted the tub forward and dropped the rear guards 4"....currently working on a new pair of steps to cover the front chassis rail/tub mounting points and high filling were the guards used to be.
