Hi Guys,

This is my new project car 1979 Datsun 1200 ute.
Not much is done to it at the moment and i am new to the whole Datsun culture although i have wanted a Datsun for ever since i have been able to drive.

In the very short time that i have owned this car i have recarpeted the interior and done some minor changes to the body/engine, including new tail lights, carby, extractors.

Hope you enjoy the pictures and feedback would be great guys

Cheers
Milan

That is a clean 1200 ute, nice to see it looks old school and doesn't have 17s and a turbo! Good luck with it!

Me too, although I generally have to opt for 14s, although my RX-7 has 14s as standard.

Do you plan on keeping it carbied and reasonably Datsun-ish?
