I've never liked Leyburn sprints. the only good part about Leyburn is the pub on Saturday night!

How short is the new track! You used to start at the pub, race down to the school, take the next left and run straight back up to the street the pub is on with a couple of chicanes thrown in along the way. Now you get to race around 1 suburban block - wow... but on the upside there's 5 corners now instead of 3, so it will be more suited to the smaller cars, with more corners and shorter straights. not my idea of fun. btw, remember to take your beanies!

I have been offered a berth in caravan at warwick, but haven't decided yet exactly what the best course of action is going to be.

Yeh these street sprints are pretty much all the same, short straights and right angle corners that suit small cars with soft hillclimb tyres. QR and Lakeside will do me, with Phillip Island to die for.
