New member and I'd like to share some pictures with you of my Datsun 280c "Cederic" 1981.

The car has only recently joined my garage after stumbling across her recently. The body is straight with only a couple of minor rust spots near boot rubbers etc , apart from that she is very straight body wise.

The engine looks like she has been well serviced over the years with 193000 on the clock.

A little bit of investigating I found that she originally resided near Wauchope of the NSW north coast.

The interior is what I expected for a 27 year old Datto with the usual cracks on the dashboard. The carpet and seats aren't too bad at all and the roof lining amazingly is imaculate.

I was amazed to discover all the electrics work on her especially the windows , air con and even the power mirror still works.

Cheers for now :blahblah:

Fantastic car. Love the colour too. Personally I'd do what riley suggested, and put it on airbags!
They look great low. Plus some nice pimpin' wheels.

Or just leave it factory Grandpa spec. :D

Would anyone know the colour name or code?

Unfortunately the colour code on the firewall has worn off.

Cheers

I have a 280C-430 the same colour as yours . My paint code label is perfect but the scribble on the label is pathetic. Almost unreadable. The best I can determine is that it reads 611 and possibly a C after that.
Sorry but that's the best I can find.
