of what i can gather he has been in a front end and rear end accident at some stage.....nothin major just wasnt fixed properly just bogged up to cover it

Whats the deal with Jap tin from the early 80's, it just falls away.

Time for some Metal Ready/POR15.

Make sure you get at as much of the rust as possible.

i am guessing that someone tried to "repair it" at one stage and gave up and just bogged it instead.....hence the rust just got bigger. dont worry i will be replacing everything with new steel as i dont want to be doing this yet again anytime soon. Everything will be done properly. Most of it will be easy to repair except the wheel arch and the rear window but i will get there, just might take me some time.

fine by me...though my garage is very clean...hat is compared to yours...so you might feel like your in buckingham palace....hahaha. bring mel and the boys and make a day of it. The girls can do there thing with the kids haha wile we play

i havent got one as my father inlaw just sent it to albany(because its his) and am not allowed to borrow the new one from work while im on holidays, because they still use it from time to time

haha clean!.....mine is usually clean before i start then all my bits are scattered everwhere till the end of the day, then spen a couple of hours cleaning my mess and throwing it into the shed.

well here is some more rust that is exposed and cut out and got plenty more to go but raining outside

and this was the bonnet i was going to use....happens to have alot of bog and rust hiding underneath

and atm i am thinking of cutting the gutters off as parts of it is really rusty and not much there
so i was thinking just cut them off to make it look a little different which i think should make it look good
