Just throwing some information into this thread as I have just done some stuffing around for my old mans car.
His car was running the S12+8 calipers, but the pistons were seized. Rather than putting in 20 hours of labour to get the pistons out and replaced. I found these replacement chinese ones on ebay;

42.85mm 2 spot Caliper (4 pistons per caliper)
Since they suited a 20mm rotor, I took a punt on them being the correct ones. They rocked up and yesterday I wasted a fair bit of time stuffing around, but here was the outcome.
- They use different pads than the S12+8 calipers. The S12+8 calipers have a smaller pad which is about half an inch either side smaller.
- They were stamped S13W, and use these pads -> db1149
- The pistons are all equal size, rather than the S12+8 having 2 x large & 2 x smaller pistons.
- The S12+8 caliper uses a banjo bolt to bolt onto the brake line, the S13W uses either a metal brake line with a double flare, or a rubber line that goes from the metal hard line on the inner guard to the caliper.
The last one was a bit of a blow to the nuts, I was going to get the surface on the caliper milled flat to suit the banjo bolt, but then located some skyline r32 rubber lines that had the male fitting for the caliper, they went straight in and appear to work.
So this is my parts list;
- 240k strut
- S13W caliper (about a 2-3mm flat washer to space the caliper over the rotor correctly
- Unfortunately don't have a rotor part code as they were existing, but it's 20mm width, and approx 274-280mm diameter, unsure of hat size.
- Nissan skyline R32 rubber brake line.
I will need to weld on a fitting on the strut to hold the middle of the rubber brake line on with a U clamp.
