Hi waz.

Getting them laser cut would be fairly straight forward. You could also get them water jet cut. Laser cutting should be cheaper though IMHO.

I use and recommend:
Ultimate Laser
www.ultimatelaser.com.au
and speak to either George or Peter.
They are based in Dandenong. Not sure of any other companies more North of Melbourne.

If you only get a couple cut up, they will cost a fair bit. I got my Turbo exhaust flanges cut by these guys and other odds and ends. They turned out sweeet.

A mate of mine runs an Engineering shop in Dandenong South - Rob Black Engineering. He could do this - has a laser cutting setup.

He's a fellow car nut with an Elfin clubman that he built himself and races. Ring Ross Black during BH 0402 646 022

I have a feeling I'm the original creator.

Do you have a copy of the .dxf file or have you just got that picture? Your laser cutter friend will most probably want it, or even the solid part. GIve me a yell if you need them.

cheers

If you don't have any luck with the aforementioned parties let me know and I'll see who we use at work. It's the same company every time so they can't be that bad!
