You can try Stanza seats, I think they have the same step up, try some Diahatsu Charades & Applause's, & I have fitted S12 Gazelle seats, but a friend had to weld the Sunny ends onto the Gazelle runners & I doubt this would be legal with the RTA. Maybe the S13 Sylvia/180SX has the same feature & you could pick up a set from somebody whose upgraded his seats.

no worries, thats the early front commonly called round light sunny, funny as most ppl with the round light models want to change to your front, i personally like your front (square light sunny) the taillights are also differant.

as for changing the grill, you would need to change headlights, grill, indicators, front quater pannels, im pretty sure the bonnet is the same, you will easy find someone keen to swap with your front but ill probs need to get it painted

imo leave it the square front look much better but its ur choice

hope that clears it up for you

well if you want to change the grille you have to change the bonnet, skuttle panel behind bonnet, fenders, side indicators and get the round lights and stuff...not hard but is hard to fina ll the parts without buying a car with them on....me personally am trying to do the opposite to mine, i want the square headlights as i think it looks heaps better

you will have problems sorcing new panels for the round headlights as there arent any in australia, and they wont make any new repro ones unless there is enough demand....i know cause i went looking everywhere, you will just have to keep and eye out for a 79 sunny, problem might be that it will be rusted at the bottom like all of them. i have too many things to get for mine hence why it is on a holiday while i finish off my 1200

okay a bit of an update, haven't done masses as of yet, but getting there.
-installed the JVC headunit in a 'custom' bracket  with bluetooth, mp3, USB, AUX etc all that sh*t
-JVC 6" 3way speakers in a self reupholstered rear parcel shelf (brown cowhide, type lining)
-12" Sony Sub with 2000watt amp in the boot (which just fit! wtf, such a shallow boot)
-new number plates ;) haha

so, where to next? well, im not really interested in POWAAAA at the moment, so will continue to add to appearance:
-bought wheels, they were 7", stupidly tryb4buy and they didnt fit, 180$ tyres a hit ($720, f$@k that), getting a new set tomorrow though. :D
-looking into front seats, from possible a rolla or a gemini or a datto, what ever comes in a nice brown or tan vinyl in good nick ill get and getting guotes for reupholstered rear seat in same vinyl as NO ONE HAS ANY!
-white wall tyres
-white venetians
-spring conversion (considering king spring lows not sure yet though)

and yeah! here are the pics if anyone still cares:
