edit: The n/a 1600 doing 1:12s is an awesome bit of gear, very well set up!!

So 200B are the worst Datto compared to other datto's because.

They have a live rear axle in Aus version
Not as attractive as other models
Have no racing history

But the good points are.

Good front end design
Cheap to buy
Lot's of aftermarket parts, easy to modify
GX and SX modles have a good interior

I dont know what James May did to piss u guys off, But dont take it out on other 200B driver's or there cars. Find some proof to back up that they are crap. And stop changing the subject. Commo's are crap(they had a live rear and single cam motor even in the 90's models. And dont get me started on so called muscle cars, 18th century wagon's with engines.

Hahaha.. less than 1 sec faster than a non turbo'd Lancer. Exactly.

My VX's rear end was actually remarkably similar to my 1600's, so much for 30-odd years of technological advances .

I think (I hope ??) a lot of people are just messing round with the whole 200B hate thing.

i hardly think they would have dropped datsun for the highest selling car in its class. If you read the nissan datsun saga its a long story it is so long i dont really remember what actualy happend but the 200b didnt feature in that sense.

according to wiki the company held a biast against the name datsun and wanted us the name nissan for a global strategy. There is no mention of the 200b. Read the article it is a strange story.
