Do you guys reckon you'll ever get another datsun other than a 200B?

Considering I currently have a 1200 ute and a 1200 coupe' as well, yes. About a month ago I almost bought a 1966 Datsun 1300 ute from eBay, just because it was cheap. I'd love a 240K too...

It's not that I think that every other Datsun is bad, I just don't think that 200Bs are anywhere near as bad as certain comments in this thread (and others on Ozdat) make them out to be. Mine is a second generation which had really comfy seats, they're actually very nice to be in. Even to sleep in if you drink too much. My wagon (also a second generation) is the same, with the slush box it's no speed demon by any stretch of the imagination, but it's still awesome to drive.

Only just saw this thread, funny sh*t :D 100% agreed about r33 gtst being the 200b of skylines.

Serious question for 200b lovers: Why is a 200b better than a 910 bluebird, which can also be picked up for next to nothing?

Is the answer:

"Because the 910 comes --->FROM THE FACTORY<--- with lopsided rear spring mounts?"

Do I win a prize?

Still doesn't change the fact that the 910's are awesome...

I shouldn't be in this thread, aside from the 910 and Stanza the 200B is up there with my favourite Dattos.

All this schoolyard bitching still made me laugh!

Should rename this thread ``group therapy''.

``Hi, my name is Dave, and I'm a long-time zed/16 elitist snob. I try to like the 200B, but I drove one, and its sh*t.''

Dave
