Hey just wondering if someone can help me out, got my SR20 sittin in the engine bay. It's sittin on a modded 200b cross member with all the other 200b goodies. Now my problem is that when I turn the steering, the tie rod knuckles on the drag link hit the gearbox. I've done plenty of reading up on the conversion but seems like no one else has had an issue like this. Any little tips or tricks would be muchly appreciated.

The drag link need to be modified to clear. You can buy them for Datsport.

Nice answer on that one. The tie rod knuckles just needed to be change after all. It seems that complicated things can turn into easy things here. Forums can really help you out big time!

most common fix is to take to the gbox with a grinder and notch out the infringing sections, not a bid deal at all.

Yeah spoke to Baz and he suggested grinding it away also. The modded drag link is a no go.
