Some nice cars there and thanks for the link to the album. You wouldn't be able to tell me more about that KB10 (1000 Coupe) there would you? Or give a little more detail on it's condition? (restored? etc) Nice little 1000, same colour as my B10. I wish I knew this was on today, would have come for a looky. Cheers, Chris |

My pleasure Chris. The 1000 was very neat, not fully restored from memory but tidy just the same. Can't tell you much more unfortunately. Tomorrow is Mallala Track Day if you are interested. Entry for also rans like you and me is $10. |

Okay thanks again. If you manage to find anymore pictures of it (I saw Nicks on the other thread) I'd be very keen to see them. I'd also be keen for Mallala but I've got stacks of uni work on- so I'll have to give it a miss. My mate gets out there in his L16 B110 1200 race sedan, so keep an eye out for that- real tidy little unit that 1200. Cheers. |

Hey guys Great photos! The 1000 Coupe is a really original unrestored little thing the owners name is Craig he's from Melbourne he drove the car up and back with out any problems, He's on the classic skylines australia committee! |

Original. Wow...I'm VERY impressed. I had one of these as my first car way back in '77. British racing green with Can Am tuned length headers, Globe 12" mags and 120y engine with 1000 flat top pistons. Shaved 5 seconds off the standard 1/4 mile time and ran a 17.9. Scary fast! As far as I know, the only thing left of it are the number plate surrounds, hanging at Grand Auto Wreckers that say "Do it in a Datsun".
