fark you must have killed a chinaman :lol: but siriusly thats crap! and all thay need is probable cause. its begining to look like harassment so start keeping a log of theis encounters and go to the ombudsman. if your actually being harassed those pigers carnt go near you

Dude...call a lawyer.

Someone my family knew in the UK (possibly my mum's friend's mother? Anyway, an elderly lady) got pulled up by the police three times in two weeks. Not for any particular reason, she was breaking no rules and her car was in roadworthy condition. She ended up making a complaint and was never hassled again. I was strongly consider getting legal advice over this.

dw ill be doing more then legal stuff about it soon, see i just realised today that the young copper lives up the road from me, and happens to be the bloke i went off at for not chaining up his rottie which got stuck into my little staffy who had just been desexed and could really move, fukking thing tore out his stiches and ripped his side open, so i took to the rottir with a cricket bat and the bloke went off at me mabe that could have something to do with it, mabe ill get my own payback while he is off duty and haveing a nice little walk one day,

Call a solicitor today and start proceedings. This will get out of control quickly if you don't. Ask your solicitor to call the media in. Also report the dog attack to your local council today and demand the thing be put down. Get a stat dec from your Vet for the damage to your dog. As mentioned start logging every encounter with this twit. It will get a bit worse when he finds out you have taken action but, this will play into your favour. Just don't do anything silly to worsen the problem. Then sue for damages and harasment. If you take it on the chin and play your cards right you will do okay out of this. Then move when its all over. :D

should have reported the dog as dangerous to "Terry" at the Council

if the dog is classified dangerous it could be destroyed especially if you needed to beat it off with a baseball bat

Dogs up there scared the sh*t out of me! i got pinned by 2 that escaped a yard while i was polishing my car - barking, showing fangs and all - i was just polishing away, oblivious, listening to music, turned round and was like ummm WTF! Bloody things stalked me so i jumped in the car while they barked and growled - they pissed off after about 15 mins... half dingo things too

DONT take on the cop. you think life is hard now...

had the **** pull me over agin this morning on the way home from work asked me if i had been drinking, i was like i just finished work, and he asked me why i moved the rear view mirror told him he should turn his high beams off cause it was going straight into my eyes, and then he asked me to get outta the car so i cracked the shits told him to get a **** life and catch the real crooks handed him my keys and told him to **** off and i started walking home, had the car back in the driveway at 8 this morning which was a supprize and a note on the windscreen saying sorry if i offended you just doing my job and not to let him catch me doing anything stupid or i will lose the car for good

i know im not helping myself ive gotten advice from a very well known bloke who loves these sorts of things had a pretty good win rate too. he told me to let him handle it he will do some talking and basically tell them when i get pulled over to piss off.

it's for real buddy, put it this way if you are being constantly harrassed by one person and you could legally punch him in the face you would do it, id love to hook this copper a new nose but unfortunantly i cant.

You can calculate you top speed by taking note of what rpm you are doing at 2 different speed points in the same gear, Eg
80km/h in 5th =2000rpm
100km/h in 5th = 3000rpm

So 4000rpm will = 120km/h 5000rpm = 140km/h

20km/h increase for every 1000rpm.

Im pretty sure thats how it works anyway seems logical to me.
