Easiest way to differentiate between 180B and 200B struts is to measure the bolt hole spacing for the caliper mount bolts. The 180B used 3" (76mm) bolt spacing (centre to centre) and the 200B used 3.5" (89mm) spacing.
Also the 180B calipers are thius funky hinged thing that allows the pad to wear at an angle (you'll understand if you have a good look at it) but the calipers may have been changed out with something else, so that won't be conclusive.
Also, just because they're 3" doesn't guarantee they're 180B (could be 1600, early stanza) and just because they're 3.5" doesn't guarantee they're 200B. However, it you're certain they're either 180 or 200, then this test will tell.
