I dont see the problem with yellow either, It really stands out in the sun, even with about an inch of dust all over it. Its deffinatly staying yellow for a while yet, maybe a colour change later on down the track, my wife wants green :| Well see.
Thanks again Todd, No rush mate.

hahaah. You're a funny man Todd! Alright, keep it Yellow. I don't have time to spray it, i'm still slaving over my own one!

I just have an inherent dislike of yellow cars... I'll make an exception for your one Trav. At least we won't mistake you driving it a mile away here in the Mountains.

Alright, Colour topic finished. Whats happening with the important part. The Engine?

.
Im going to start at the front and work my way back, so the engine is coming out so i can fix some oil leaks, and make it look a bit more respectable. The engine seems to be in good nic so im not going to open it up to far if i dont have to. While the bay is empty i might re paint it travis style, then just re make some brake lines to do away with the hydro handbrake, remove the 10 kms of useless wiring around the place and go from there.

For shizle
Heres a few more pics from last weekend, spent the day giving the paint work a good polish, it was covered in over spray and tar. Looks heaps better now :D I scored some 13'' Watanabes with the help from MY110  Just have to spend some time cleaning them up, I managed to get the mild gutter rash off three of them so far. They should look the goods once finished, im thinking of going with a charchoal centre and a polished lip.

Can't wait till you work your magic on this one trav! Looks like a bit of work to get it up to your white one, but looks the goods.

I've got a pedal if you need one. bought it fow my car, then converted to bluebird 910 pedal and cable clutch :)
yellow works well if you are very detailed, you mustn't have any overspray at all and chrome and rubbers must be mint.
