Well after buying my new 200b with the N/A SR20 i was thinking of a cheap front brake setup. I'm wanting to know if anyone has tried/ fitted a complete R31 front strut to a 200b or what is need to make all of this work ??

Any info or pictures would be much appreciated.

Cheers Graham.

Do you mean using the stock R31 spring and saddle?

If not, it's not a hard conversion, probably just use bump steer spacers and shear rings

This is all assuming you have sorted out your springs, inserts and strut tops etc. Can steal the springs and saddles off the original struts.

One other option is using S13 gear. The stuff is cheap these days and will give way to a 4 spot upgrade down the track if you want to go that path.

The guy on datnet with the grey 200bsss coupe has done this conversion, he did tell me that nothing custom was required. But you'd obviously be up for some R&D going this path.
