stripped one of the 68 dashes, need to soda blast the small bits of surface rust and then paint.
This is how the paint will turn out.

VHT quick coat flat black.
Will do the same for the b-pillar trims etc.

Turned out perfectly, now i just need to paint the glovebox door and paint the panel under the cluster grey, then put everything together.

Had a go at painting the under-cluster panel.

The paint that matched the original the most was this paint, but im not really happy with it:

It's a bit too glossy/metallic. I have another one ill paint, just need to find a flat silver/grey that matches.

I didnt really get a photo that captures it but the paint is a wheel paint and its way too glossy/metallic and i reckon a flat silver/grey will look much better, i guess the gloss draws too much attention.
