It will depend on the year of your car. There are 2 types of 180B struts. You may have the right struts to do the commonwhore conversion go here for a write up on what needs to be done. :)

wider wheels and tires is probably the easiest also better brake pads and maybe slotted rotors give them a freshen up?. but certain commodore calipers fit on 180b struts. just remember that changing calipers inst always as simple as swap and go. you need to make sure they fit under your wheels, you need to make sure your discs fit, you may or may not have to make up bits of brake line to connect them, you may have to adjust the size of the master cylinder as it will change pedal travel. and also bigger calipers normally mean more unsprung weight which can reduce the ride quality and handling
I changed the brakes on my car and had to deal with all of the above ^ using the apparently "bolt on" 240k brakes

use the search button you will find stuff on commodore brakes you can go r31 discs on the rear if you like however these can be fiddly (apparently, i haven't used them personally)

or if you change your mind about stuts then you can use 240k /200b struts which have a twin piston caliper, or go a hilux 4 piston caliper and a verada disc. Again search it, there is heaps of stuff on here.

reverse 200b fit as a good upgrade , im going to be using 240k twinspot on 200b tubes using the 240k smaller rotors for my 180b
