Well i finally picked up my car today turns out he didbt know to much about the motor. Spoke to his brother who put it turned out a lot more work then expected. L18 a 87 head. Wade cam. Ported. Big bore pacemakers full system heavily.ported intake manifold 32/36 weber electronic dizzy 8mm leads. Put my new weber on.it jetted it down.much more friendly now. Cylinder 4 has ring wear. Rings pistons bearing and twin.47s on horizon. Its a 4 door non.import with irs? Compared to rack and piniondoesnt feel as assertive little play the norm? Wheel nuts for my new mags, timing and some rust repair planned for next week

Not bad expecially with rego! venetians and SSS box are worth a little too

loved looking at the condition when you got it compared to now.
I remember when i started sanding back my stanza i sort of regretted not keeping it how it was.
should be fun! are you painting it yourself?

Alright well in August it went to a "mates" to have the engine rebuilt. I've now picked it up with the farked drivers door from being crashed into and no key's to it since someone broke into his house and no work done on the engine. I have a 720 ute block with 20,000 kms on it. I have two worked w53 heads, one has high compression work both ported with cams. (if anyone wants to swap a ported a 87 head for a w53 hit me up ). I've redone all the headers on it now wire brushed them down repainted and wrapped them. My tokico gold front struts have arrived. But I haven't done anything to the car yet due to the fact I need to pick up my free 180b. And I wanna see how much rust is in that one first. I've got my dogleg five speed aswell as a bluebird 5 speed now. I've also got my wheels ready for it. so checklist.

Tokico shocks
Coilover front struts running vl/verada brakes
32/36 weber for time being
extractors
20,000 km old block
Fresh nice head
15x7 wheels or 16x8.5 wheels
rear venetian
80's kamei front lip New old stock =P
5 litres of Hemi Competition Orange

Things I need acquire
Other 180b
Full motor gasket set
Racing timing chain
Full bushes kit
Rear shocks and springs.

If anyone has any rear shocks and springs let me know please.

Okay well gasket kit rear springs and timing kit's being sent off today.

Swapped a bloke my twin 47's for a single 45 off an l18 with a 72 cam. Rebuilt, manifold linkage and air cleaner.

Hopefully it doesn't rain all weekend..

And I'm trying to come up with a colour for these wheels. Now that they're not going on my skyline. The car will be hemi orange? I'm thinking mettalic gunmetal maybe.
