hey..
Picked up this 620 kingcab deluxe, im the third owner. paid $1800 nearly 2 years ago. Im From Hobart Tas
the slug standard J15 came out pretty quickly after it shat itself a few weeks after buying..
so far i've got a redtop sr20det
chassis notch
upgraded front brakes to 720 discs
bought a fuel cell
bosch 044 fuel pump
new radiator
new front mount intercooler
the conversions about 1/2 through..
currently getting intercooler piping and exhaust done.

when i got it, the tub was off for the notch

Thats a pretty decent 620. Would love to own a kc one. Looks very period dated with the visor and the poo brown. Awesome.

time for a update.
got tax return and dropped the badboy off at a mates work shop

new front mount, piping, exhaust and tailshaft to come.

new heater set-up, tight ass fit for exhaust

[ img ]

next is to mount fuel cell, put my bosch 040 in, bend my lines and wire it up.

also swapping the standard 620 diff centre from a 4.7 - 4.1 ratio

looks awsome mate did you have rewire the whole ute to put the sr20 in it and how did you get the disc bracks to go on im doing a 620 up at the moment

haven't wired it yet, im an apprentice auto elec though..im going to keep the standard loom and just put power and earth etc to the ecu and the rest is basiclly plug in etc. the 720 dics bolt up to 620s ;)

it will go like rocket with that motor in it thats good the disks bolt up to the 620 thanks
