The l23 and l24 motors are different. im pretty sure you need all the l24 acccessories, alternator etc.
also you will need a middle sump. i had both engines and the sumps looked like they wont interchange.
i think you will struggle to convert to efi, you need the fuel pump and all the other stuff.

looks pretty tidy. nice buy. i have some spare trim and windows if you are looking for anything.
