hey guys im stuck and running out of time thought id ask any pros out there for advise if you saw my car at the moment it looks liek a scene from a damaged space ship inside wires everywere lol.

I have figured all but the temp oil and fuel pinout , i know the wires on the car i labled them done all rh side multi conector.

so the pic attatched i have worked out the dash lighting and all warning lights on that


the fact there is bolts there it does me head in.

A bit hard to see in the pics. but I guess you are confused because there are screw terminal [bolts] appearing through the circuit board?
I suggest they are mounting points for the hardware.
It appears that every one of them has a terminal at the multi-pin connector.

just they dont quite seem isolated to pick wether its one guage to the other maybe i should just pull the bugger apart hmmmm dont know. thanks anyway .

i think i sussed it lol ,i will try it tomoz i pulled apart my old cluster and this one looked at internal wire colours.

would i be correct insaying the guages are live till the switch temp or fuel sender drops a varied earth?

does anyone out there have a 610 SSS "haynes" manual with the circuit diagram?
it normally shows you pin 1 through x for the round plug and you can work it out from there, like the 510/1600 haynes one does.

maybe we could have members scan their wiring diagrams from their owners manuals all in to one thread for download?? :)

i have originals datsun but i got all working but it seems i need to fully ground the signal wires for the guages for them to move! and i fixed the tacho to work with bb dizzy tonight. the fuel light lit up i removed that because im not sure what to do with it wire wise.
