Hi guys I need some help just got my ute on the road and the rear brakes have s@#t themselves
I have done a complete overhaul of the whole system (new master cylinder new shoes new wheel cylinders new front pads flushed all the lines)but one of the rear brake adjusters in the drums has broken (split the aluminium casting)
Does anyone know of some of the other models that have the same rear brake assembly as the 620?
as none of the wreckers in my area have any 620's and it is one of the only part that I cant seem to get new from a brake retailer
any help would be much appreciated

Probably a generic part.
I have several of them.
If you could give dimensions or post a pic. that would be helpful.

I dont have the car at home and cant get to it till monday now ( at a workshop)
I found a pic of what it looks like (off another 620)
From what I can gather the passenger and driver side are different part numbers (found news one for $80 each pluss postage from the US)
I could probably do with one from each side as the drivers side one is shot completely and the passenger one is very stiff to turn also would need the clips that hold them in place
If you have some that look the part would you be willing to sell them and post to Qld would be much appreciated

ahh the wonders of wd40
I need some peoples opinion on this
I think I have fixed my rear drum brake adjuster. It has a broken locater off the back of my adjuster as well as the adjuster being seized,
but thanks to the wonders of wd40 i have un-seized the adjuster lightly sanded the threaded shaft and greased it up therefore reviving the function of the adjuster
and instead of a spring loaded locator (which has snapped off) I have just drilled and tapped 2 16mm bolts into the adjuster as it is only cast alli
I threw on some lock-tight and very lightly tightened the 2 bolts up so the adjuster can still move slightly if need be
The 2 bolts have one large washer and one spring loaded washer each but I didn't tighten up the bolts hard enough to snap the spring washer closed which will hopefully allow some side to side movement of the adjuster and the lock tight I am hoping will stop the bolts from rattling loose

So I guess I'm asking if this will be sufficient or dangerous
