Nice car. My brother had a 200B wags, I loved it. Are you getting genuine 810 fender mirrors?

Looks pretty cool. Was it on eBay a while back? How will you go registering it with the turbo setup?

Turbo looks like a garrett AiResearch, I read somewhere that all AiResearch turbos are carbon seal but dont know if its true or fulse. Carbon seal kits are available for t25/28 on ebay.

Nice wagon, Clean looking turbo setup

Going down the list:

Eventually I will but for now I just have some generic fender mirrors on the way, as I couldnt really find any 810s for sale.

No idea if it was on eBay or not, bought it through a classified.

Booked in for its blue slip on Monday at 9am. It will pass - all that needs to be said there haha.

And its a T3/T4 turbo set up!

Couple little things, got all the locks back in now, stuck on the standard side view mirror for blue slip. Going to give it a solid clean inside and out. Also going to try and sort out the bonnet, its a bit munted and doesnt close/open properly, if anyone has a 200B bonnet up for grabs, I NEED IT! haha

Will post up more once its on the road again. Planning to lower it next week after rego. Got some KMAC adjustables for the front and some blocks for the rear - will reset leafs later on when I know what height I want to go. Also going to try and get the chin lip spoiler on sometime soon.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

amazing! it looks really tough with the mismatched panels and drop. I'd stick with the bonnet it has as they arnt to easy to come by. if you do find one ill take your old one :D My 200b had a head on and the replacement bonnet is rusted something shocking.

The bonnets are a serious issue when it comes to rust its a factory fault. I bought a rust free bonnet last year with a matching boot lid and i have just coated them in fish oil and locked them away for the future.

The bonnet itself is not too bad for rust, Im having an issue with fitment though.
It is sitting too low on the hinges and as a result doesnt close properly and you cant open it proper as it gets stuck at the back..
Any ideas?

EDIT:

Just went out and had a look, the whole bonnet is mis-shaped, thus it not fitting/closing/opening....

A fat person once body slammed my bonnet. I manged to adjust at the hinges and the little bonnet height things and pull the bonnet straighter. Looked better.

you can try a few things carefully like closing the hinge on something and adjust back after. or shim the hood up adjust the cowl back a bit

The whole bonnet was mis-shaped, spent a few hours "caressing" it back into shape. Its a real shame as it is basically rust free...

Well try and fine one i guess. Keep your current one so if you need rust free sections you can cut them out. The front at the chrome trim is the weakest point for rust. There is a few online wrckers that have some 200bs but if they say i will call you back dont expect them call back.
