They have their own thinners. Are you going to spray it, or brush it ? It brushes on nicely and is easy to do.

I have a bit of experience with this. I would use KBS rust seal rather than POR15. Only because there the same and KBS is cheaper.

You usually dont need thinners but you have to use the POR15 or KBS brand thinners.

I brush it on. I dries nice and smooth. But preparation is key.

Fun fact I tested this. Rust seal will cure under water.

Sorry when I say you usually don't need thinners is beacause I wouldn't bother spraying it. The brush finish is perfect.
I would be very careful using this stuff in my spray gun cause once its in its painful to get out. Once its dry it aint coming off.

again I recommend brushing it.

Likewise. Spraying is just going to be wasteful and messy.

Here's mine, brushed on. Only problem I've had with it was using their "Tie Coat" product over the top of Sikaflex seam sealer - the tie coat just didn't set for some reason (but only where it was applied over the Sikaflex in the seams, it went off perfectly over the top of the POR15. I did POR15 --> seam seals --> tie coat, perhaps I should have done the seam sealing, then POR15 over the top of that ?? )

Oh that looks really good, I'd be happy with that finish. Thanks for the input guys looks like brush on is the way. How many liters would I need to brush on the underside?

I brushed on my POR15 aswell. Comes out great.

One key thing i found is you need to roughen up the surface quite a lot using coarse sand paper to get the paint to stick really well. They say sandblasting is best.

Follow the instructions, dont double dip the brush into the paint tin. Pour out how much you need into a container.
Refrigerate after opening tin
This is how my underbody turned out after brushing on
I did two coats. Black first and then grey

it goes a fair way. Few quick rules. Never paint out of the tin. put a plastic bag or grease proof paper between the lid and tin between uses. Stir dont shake (sorry mr bond) and do the proper prep work it really makes a big difference. I'm sure this is all on tin but you dont wanna stuff this stuff up cause its a real messy clean up job.

I can't stress how important it is when you shut the tin put something between the tin and lid. If you dont you won't get it open again.
