Here is a little beast I picked up about 7 months ago.
Took ages to find one that was actually all there and in a running condition.
There is a bit of rust here and there but nothing too drastic.

I took it off the road a month ago and got under way with an sr20 n/a conversion.
More pics to come.

Just want to keep it simple so I can use it as a daily driver.
At some point I'd like to re spray it blue. Should look nice with the vinyl roof.

Here's some pics of rebuilt r31 calipers. The workbench was somewhat clean before I started.

Spent a week bashing and scratching my fingers cleaning the engine bay prepping for paint.

Then it was off to get the engine and box mounted.

Pick the car up last weekend.

Made a list of things to do, hopefully I can get it back on the road within 2 months.

I have most of the things for the fuel system, gotta get my new master cylinder to mount to the booster and not really sure how to go about the accelerator pedal. I can get a throttle cable made up but would rather by a standard one that is the right length so if it ever needs to be replaced its not too much hassle.

The old trick for throttle cable conversion is to cut the top off a 120Y pedal lever and weld it on to the 180B one. A Bluebird cable may be long enough; if not a good hunt at the wreckers should turn up something.

Cheers!

Things have come to a bit of a stand still while waiting on a few bits to be made up.
I now have my booster/master setup ready. Pics of the adapter plate and push rod.
I need to sort out the fittings for the surge tank and lines that will keep my engineer happy. He said he hates seeing clamp fittings everywhere, but I don't want to go and spend a small fortune on speed flow fittings.
This week ill work on getting the throttle cable completed and heater hoses in.

I ended up using a s13 throttle cable.
Welded a tab at the top of the 180b pedal and bobs your uncle. Weld looks a bit rough but hey, it's my first attempt at welding.

I lost the push rod for the clutch slave so had to make one up. That's now in.
Fuel lines are in. I still need to get all the fuel fittings and make a bigger outlet on the main tank.

Also still trying to chase down a top radiator hose.

With some luck it will be ready to start in about 2 weeks.
