Dash looks good mate, i did mine in VHT paint. Also i noticed you're using a 69 model cluster panel (below cluster) will you be running 68 or 69 model dash cluster?

Yep using the 69 because it was already black and it dosnt have fan/heater control directions on it like the 68
For my instruments you can see what im working on this weekend with the pic below

I hope i haven't, its got some square tube on the cabin side and on the inside there will be extra plates around anything bolted on, and the new drain down the middle should add a bit.

Thanks, its a 40mm core and the tanks about 45mm
there is 1.5 mm gap between the apron and cooler, a few washers behind the apron should double that gap

Looking good Aaron. When you have mounted up your radiator, I would come up with some ducting panels/foam etc. to maximise flow through the radiator

Thanks Nick, i been thinking about it but haven't thought of a perfect way of doing it.

Any suggestions?

Heres what the rad mounting is like from the engine side.
there is a AC condenser that sits between radiator and support panel too

After a few years of dicking around with the body, its finally ready for paint.
Dropped it off at a mates work and they are doing it out of hours hopefully be done in a couple of weeks.

Getting a few things ready for the assembly
painted the FMIC black

Made a pump and filter housing to sit on the back of the fuel tank

Started to polish the tank too

nothing to exciting, next post should have some colour to it :D
Feel like im 5 years old waiting for christmas :woohoo:
