Does anyone know who makes decent coilovers for a 180b and what wind of camber arms can be used? ( demon camber is a must)

I made a set myself using R31 struts and Pedders coilover sleeve kit. I used the Datsport camber tops. Worked well on my 180B.

How much camber is "demon" camber ?

Easiest way is to cut up and extend the standard LCA's. You'll also need to consider lengthening the steering arms to match, adding adjustability to the radius rod to remove the excessive caster that a lengthened LCA adds, and find a way to get the sway bar to connect to the longer LCA's. This will also push your tyre out into the guard.

180B front end is pretty much the same as a 1600, so anything to suit a 1600 will also work on the 180B

Pretty much what Dave said above. I didn't get allot of camber out of the camber tops, I think from memory it was 1.5 degrees. Give or take a few degrees +\-.

I run 4.5 deg on the 1600, that's obtained by welding an extra 30mm or so into the LCA, and running 180B offset strut tops.

How much castor are you running with that Dave ?
Are you getting wear across the whole tyre ?
I was originally thinking you wouldn't need anymore than 3degs for a track car, so interested to hear your experiences.

I'd have to find the alignment sheets to get the castor. I'm basically running as much as I can without cuttting the guards, too much castor pulls the tyre into the front bottom edge of the guard lip when turning.

I get reasonably even wear, it is a little uneven but not so bad that I have to chuck tyres out with perfect tread on one side and none on the other.

I did wear one tyre out badly at one point (only the front left), I checked it all and found the radius rod bush badly worn / crumbling (was a polyurethane bush), leading to the alignment being out by miles. Fixed that, new tyres, and it seems to be wearing tyres much better now.

made my own in the 180bsss with Jap spec Datsun Sunny front uprights, they were cut and shut with a coil over thredded tube over the cut in the pipe.

i used koni yellow inserts with king springs.

brakes were Volvo 4 piston and Audi 100 front disks. worked very well and was very cheap.

camber was established with an offset C210 strut top and extending the lower control arms.

to extend the lower control arms we took two sets, chopped them about 1/3 at opposite ends and then welded the two 2/3 lenghts together with supporting brackets.

worked well.
