Hey everyone, I attached a picture of a datto with a heart hanging off the rear (anti static thingo..). Could someone help me out in finding the proper name for it? My gf's been wanting to get one on the back of her datto, but I'm assuming its hand made. I could be wrong but any help is much appreciated.

If i wasn't too clear on something I apologise, been up all night lol.
