I have had to deal with similar rust in the boot of mine, not as widespread though. That rust near the leaf spring mount is severe, I admire your fortitude |

Yeah that is fairly messy. I understand the hesitancy. You guys use salt on the road? |

Yep, they do salt the roads, back in the 80's and before the salt was even more stronger than they use nowadays. I live 150 miles down south of arctic circle... lol. Still, these cars are rare and this one shall not be let to rust no more. |

Great project - awesome job to keep at it. Let me know if you need any parts as ive wrecked out a few of these - as long as your willing to ship from New Zealand. I brought a guard and bootlid off ebay for one of my cars, from Denmark and the freight was not as bad as i thought to New Zealand. If not we will be here watching for moral support lol. |
