Afternoon, I'm pretty sure but not 100% that the spindles in my 83 720 are the same as d21 spindles. Anyone know if this is actual 100%? I'm looking at 2 inch drop spindles from a 84-97 pickup/hardbody/navara and I think they are the same. cheers rob. |

I can't confirm but have looked at the same drop spindles for my 410 wagon. I have seen a guy fit the D21 spindles to a Datsun 520 ute, so I reckon you'll be able to do some modifying to make them work if they aren't a complete bolt on. |

Depends on what month your 83 is. If its early 83 it'll have the early style arms and spindle. If late 83 you maybe in luck. The later model stuff is interchangeable with the d21 drop spindles. You can however convert your early stuff to the late model stuff, just need the arms and bits. I was looking into belltech drop spindles for my 82 720. Never got around to it though. You going to convert to 5 stud also? If you get the drop spindles it'll make for an easy conversion. If you wanna know what you need for the 5 stud conversion send me a pm and I'll give you a list. |

Was looking to keep it 6 stud and pick up some cheap prado/hilux/rodeo/sunraysias in 16x7 +0 or +15. I saw a D21 navara riding to work yesterday and I yelled out "d21 Navara!". Looks excatly like the 720 apart from different panels at the front. I've not seen one before that I can remember... Theres another drop spindle that I was looking at. ~$250 delivered to aus: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/260752501950 ... 1423.l2649 I have smashed all the 720 related website looking for info
