Yeah I'm prepared for 3 weeks or more and then to decide what colour

Tripoli Turquoise is under consideration

Oooo that's quite a nice choice. Shame it doesn't have cream seats for that colour :P

At The Hotrod show on the weekend there was this colour on display
Very nice but the missus thinks it maybe too modern for the 260C

Those new colours i think look way better on old cars with chrome. The newer "iridescent" colours bring out all the lines and curves.

Heres my 120Y and Sheepers crown from NZ - pretty sure he was going for something similar to the falcon colour.

I say go for it with your coupe

That 4 door Hardtop is a great car but every nice Cedric has been silver so I'm hoping for something a bit different.
That Silvia colour could be a great option but then those look great in any colour :-)
Don't know if I like that colour on the 240C now that I've seen it
Thanks for sharing

got to admit a little darker blue has that retro appeal

A dark metallic green might be nice too

Missus is still pushing for pearl white or silver pearl
Still no sign of the car from the panel beater yet :-(

BOO
I won't go into details as it's still painful to think about but I got the car back 2 years after the previous post.
May 2017 after having to get the police involved.
The car was unfinished but at least I got it home.

In the year since the car returned work has progressed slowly as we didn't trust what the panelbeater had done.
So the car has been brought back to bare metal.
With the dash removed we found more rust in the plenum.
I think this car is as rust free as a Datsun can be :-)

The engine looks fantastic, and the colour choice is perfect!
