Hey guys
Bought myself an s13 to get engine and box out of. Car also has r180 lsd in it. Obviously won't bolt into the 1600. But if I sourced a r180 long nose open wheeler would I be able to bolt short nose lsd centre into long nose diff.

Just check the inside diameter of the crown wheel as the earlier crown wheels are 110 mm and the later crown wheels are 115. You can tell a late r180 by a large "k" cast into the top of the diff housing. You will also need too do something in regards to adapting the output shafts to bolt to the std 1600 half shafts.
