Hello Ozdatters.. Any body know if the H20 2 litre fitted to Homers in late 1970s happens to be common to other models in the Datsun range?? Intel appreciated. |

I'd guess the H20 are all fairly similar. They used them in early Urvans as well as Nissan/Datsun forklifts. Were available in forklifts for ages, so parts fairly easy to get, I believe. |

There was an H20 on ebay recently from a forklift. Externally it was hugely different with some bulbous front cover arrangement. However, as stated, internally the parts are equivalent. |

Yes it is a U20 in the picture above. The give away is the OHC written on the valve cover. U20: OHC H20 has pushrods. An H20 looks much like an R16, especially if you fit the R16 head or Valve cover. H20 in a roadster:
