I am looking into buying some JDM rear tail lights from Japan for my 1973 180B SSS Coupe
I am trying to work out which year the lights are that i have found
I have attached 2 pictures, could someone please tell me which ones are the earlier model ones and which ones are the later model ones or even if perhaps one style is even the US model
The main differences i can see are that picture one all lamps are red and with picture two there is an orange lamp in the middle and also there is a raised pimple in the middle of each lamp with a silver bit.

Hopefully someone can clarify for me

Both pictures you posted above are USDM taillights. They at a minimum came on the 73 model 610's there, I am not 100 percent if they also came on the later models.

These are the JDM ones, noting the different centre section & also the amber blinker lights (USA don't require an amber lense by law).



There were slightly different middle sections that had GL on them instead of bluebird as well.

Does the jdm ones have the little gems in the middle of the lenses bozo510?
