Not a lot out there. However R31 rear shocks and springs will give you a slightly firmer damping and about 30mm of height taken out. Fronts are virtually the same however you may find with wider wheels or wheels with higher offset that the larger diameter spring may come closer to the rim. All you need to do with the R31 struts (which will also offer a brake upgrade with vented rotors) is to swap the top hats over.
Other option is to get some S13 knuckles, second hand coilovers and ream the steering arm taper to suit the Bluebird tierod end and you can have adjustable ride height all around.
There's a multitude of options, depends on budget of course. I've had lowered springs bought cheap and given to me in the past, and I've passed them on because I couldn't get anyone to buy them. They're out there if you search.
Also, S13 knuckles with CA brakes will just hold a 14" steel rim. So will R31 struts.
