Hey guys tried signing up to Aussie bluebirds a few days ago but haven't got an activation email and having issues trying to register.

I'm having to run the new bump stick in on the fresh l20b and a tacho would be helpful. I pulled the whole harness from the parts car but really CBF changing the entire harness at the moment just to run the camshaft in.

Can I simply Repin the plug on the rear of the cluster or change the dash top and plug the three plugs in at the fusebox and have all the digital guages work ?

Interesting. I've activated your account. Double check youe email address as there is a capital letter in there that could be causing issues.

There's a thread I believe in the conversions board which has this topic in some detail. Hope that helps.

If not I know you can simply swap the dash loom over and all the pins will be in the other body harness ready to go. I've done this a few times myself for other people. Series 1s are generally the worst electrically due to their wiring colours being inconsistent and poorly documented.

Also regarding re-pinning - chances are the wires aren't there to allow you to repib with a tacho input - this is why the loom to swap is handy.

Agh mobile phone joys with auto capitalization I'll re register in all lower letters ta mate. I ended up running the cam in by ear and fitting a 5 in 1 gauge for time being but he wants the dash swapped when I get back from holiday so will still need to find out.

Good stuff!

Should be able to use the same account you've already registered. If you have any dramas just send me a PM!
