Hi all What a dummy I am. I backed my 83 280C 430 into an immovable object and broke the tail light. Haven't had any luck finding a replacement. Any one have tail lights for any of the 430 models or know where I may find some? I think they will all fit as it was the same body shell. Just some cosmetic changes to the way the tail; light looks. I'm based in Melbourne. Let me know on the forum and will discuss price. Thanks in advance Brian |

Thanks Brocky. Yes your quite correct there are a number of different styles used on the 430 sedan. I am fairly sure the mountings are all the same so If I need to I would replace both tail lights complete. I have attached a picture of the left tail light as the right one is completely disassembled at present. That will give you the appearance of the one I am looking for. Hi Brian, I have a complete car, it is a '79 model, tail lights are good. I am thinking of selling this as we are moving. It is missing a few things now, power steering box, a brake line, alternator, front lights and grill and a few dash parts. I shall PM you with my ph no. |
