with the new season I am replacing my old motor - new one is a 2.4 L series, which meant I had to replace the whole long motor.

Current motor details

1998 cc
l20B block, - with 2 dip stick holes.
A87 Cylinder head - very large inlet ports
large valves
competiton springs
74 deg cam

I have used for 6 events - prob another 6 by first owner
has not had any issues (the head has not been off)
does not use oil - has not boiled
revs to 7500 easily
runs unleaded (BP ultimate)
must be about 10.5:1 compression
I did not build so details are sketchy and I have never disassembled.


Does not come with carbs, dizzy extractors - just long motor

I want something above $800 - this would cost that just to do the head.
