Gday all,

I'm currently building a Stanza GX for rallying here in SA and I have since found a Bluebird with high flow electronic ignition, 5 speed box, diff, etc. all for $100 in good nic.
I was wondering what would be the parts I could transfer from the Bluebird to the Stanza to make it more rally worthy (I'm new to dattos and not sure what transfers).

I do know that I will be throwing the 5 speed into the stanza but what else would be useful from it?

Front struts and brakes should be a big improvement over the Stanza. I assume from the electrinic ignition that the bluebird is a Ser 2. If so, then the L20 can be used (assuming it's in good condition). These were the pick of the L20's.

Rear axle bits may be usable, although I don't know if there's any benefit on a Stanza.

Steering box? Brake booster? Maybe the alternator and some electrics.

After you've stripped what you want out of hte BB, you can wreck the rest and hopefully make some money back.
