Hey,

Got a 1200 with A15 in it and the alternator has never been wired up (it had a 12A rotor in it ... then it was converted back and unfinished.)

It has had a standard 1200 wiring loom put in, but the alternator wires were snipped and I need to work out what goes where.

Wires..
1x Large White/Red
1x Small White/Red
1x Small White/Blue
1x Small White
1x Small Black

If anyone could tell me how this wires up to the back of the alternator, I would be greatly appreciative. I'm pretty sure its the same as the A14/12 aswell.

Cheers.

I just happen to have a 1200 ute with an A15 in my drive way.
However the wiring is not like you describe.
There are: -
1 x large White with Red tracer which is POS out of the alternator.
1 x large Black which is NEG ot of the alternator.
1 x small Black with White tracer.
1 x small Yellow.
The last two are in a plastic plug shaped like a T, the Yellow wire being the Horizontal terminal and the Black/white wire being the verical terminal.
Try a public library for a look at the Manual which applies to your car.

Here you go.

Here's the Australian early 70s B110 wiring diagram.
The later B120s had a different wiring loom.

Remember that there needs to be a regulator in there somewhere.
