me and my mates just invested in a s2 bluebird wagon to the healthy price of $200. we intend to race it but were on an extremely tight arse budget. too cheap for a single 45 dcoe. we just wanna slap on a the best performing carby for the cheapest price. ive heard of people using 350 holleys on L20bs but we have the pick of choice at the local u pull it. so anything stock that came out that would best perform would be great. i know the val v8s came out with 320 and 300 holleys, would this be good or are there better. also we are using a 72 deg works cam. cheers for any advice. |

I ran my 2.0l escort for a while with massive head work and fairly aggressive cam with a 38/38 capri V6 webber with great results. Mabye even a 40/40 off a Alfa Romeo V6?? These look exactally like the 32/36 off a 2.0 escort/capri. |

Try a 2 bbl rochester off a 3.3 holden or 4.2 lt v8, they have a decent size secondary and are a dime a dozen. easy to rebuild and flow pretty well. |
