For those of you that don't know i managed to kill my first gearbox in the FJ 1600 and have recently been goin thru a very convoluted gearbox swap. ( If you have ever changed a gearbox in a FJ powered 1600 you will know what I mean) Well the swap is completed, after much swearing and adding of thrown thing dents in the fence and it was all stations go on a quick run to the petrol station this afternoon. Just got to find where the waters coming in when it rains and fix that, plus replace the front carpet and she's all ready for the monthly meet at Fast Eddies MORLEY in JUly.

Oh if anyone has a good condition front carpet for a 1600 handy and are willing to part with it please feel free to PM, email or call me on 9304 3520

RE the carpet, you can get whole moulded carpets for like $120 might be worth a look. :wink:
