Just looking for some info on z20e and z20s rods...
Are they the same height or different?
Any help would be great.

Given the Z20E pistons are 31.75mm pin height, while the Z20S pistons are 35.56mm, it would seem likely that the Z20E rods are around 4mm longer.

Unconfirmed.

Z20E rods are 152.5mm centre to centre and are the longest factory conrod of any L or Z engine (save for the Z24 at 165mm due to the additional block height). I have a set of four, but you will need to buy the rest of the Z20E from me to get them!
