Has anyone had experience with rising rate fuel pressure regulators, and know how effective they are in a turbo engine (z18et) with maxed out injectors that start leaning out?

As a temporary measure until you fix the problem properly (reprogrammed ECU with bigger injectors) I'm sure it'll work.

I think you will want one of the ones that rise disproportionally with the air pressure. Ie, a 1.7:1 rising rate FPR. Otherwise I don't think its any different to a stock one. A normal adjustable regular changes the entire pressure, as opposed to just the pressure up to which it sounds like you need.

Either get a wideband to have a look, or do it on the dyno would be my advice.

cheers dave

I think it will be a good, cheap, way to reduce fears of detonation. plus get a little more power.
