hey mate it wasnt running when I got it, and it's been sitting for several months. In any case I think the engine/gearbox might be spoken for, will let you know if the other guy doesnt want them.

Completed a track day today without any major breakages :) Brakes were crap, was losing them after one hard lap, but going slightly easier on them saw them last a session. Also liked to dump half its oil out the breather every session, but I've been told thats a 4age design fault not any problem with mine.
It was so much more satisfying with decent tyres and an extra 60rwkw, still not particularly fast but oh so much fun 8)

G'day tyrie,
I was looking back through your thread and saw the chasers you had widened. Is there still someone in the ACT area that does the steel wheel widening and how much does it cost? I would like to put an inch or two on my stock SSS 200B rims.
Thanks, Joe.

hey mate, I got them done at JAX/wheel factory in Fyshwick. They were $150 each. I'm guessing 14s would cost more as they are less common. That being said they would have massive dish :)

Thanks for the advice. Sounds a little expensive, especially given what you say about 14's and the fact we're now 18mths down the track. Looks like old school alloys will be the go.
thanks, Joe.

Nice wagon! You will have to bring it along to the next meet (if you still have it!).

Thanks Bob, its nowhere near as neat as it looks in the pic, but as a daily I think it will do just fine! Knowing me though, it wont last 8)
