Hey all,
Me and a mate did our usuall wreckers run to see if there was anything new or interesting and we came across a Datsun Homer van.
The wrecker was selling it complete with no rego.
I looked at the diff and its a fairbit larger than a H190.
Can anybody shed some light on what diff it is and what ratio's could be inside it?
Cheers,
Dan.

diff ratio could be one of those rare 4.4:1 or 4.8:1 items, or could be similar to my diff (4.11:1). my diff is about the size of a 8?in ford diff, and that looks A LOT like an H190 but bigger (like you said!).

Not my hard earned/begged/borrowed/stolen cash but I believe in taking a plunge now and again!!! All part of lifes rich tapestry etc. It could be a legendary vehicle in your life.

If it was capable of it,
it would make an awesome Tow Vehicle for a Datto racecar...

I can't help dreaming of that homer painted a datsun red, lowered with nice 15 inch rims towing my datsun red car trailer with my red 240z race car on the back

mmm what a combo :P

i reckon that homer waould make a sicko mobile tune up van for a datto specialist :)

i seen the van a few times, theres a few rust bubbles coming out of it, and its ha a primer spray over it..so it might be boggy!
