ah the memories of a 180B sedan :giggle:

SECURITY: "you just backed out and hit that car"
ME: "no i didn't i just backed into that wall"
SECURITY: "i just saw you, turn the car off i want your details"
ME: "it was the wall i hit i'll show you" *drops clutch and reverses into the retaining wall again*
SECURITY: "what the hell is wrong with you"
ME "I"M PROVING A POINT"
SECURITY "just get outta here"

i'd love to but i'm just offloading a sedan, and the coupe is moving up the ranks of importance in my houshold! good luck with the sale though!

Its actually a Corona wagon I got my grubby little paws on, but would you effing believe it that the wagon just shat its waterpump.

I mean honestly.

So at present, we'll see how the value analysis stacks up... Who in perth can hook me up with cheap l18 parts? or 3Y toyo parts? lol

you've got an RT141 by the looksie of that - just not heavy enough (1041kg sedan) for the turbo 202. but would could always put a blue 202 crank in a 173 blue block and get about 3.0L.

or just put a 1JZGTE in there for complete legality.

it's a drag car. lead tipped arrow. will be fkn useless in the rain. runs a trimatic with XT130 crossmember (starfire 'rona). stock brakes. will be a a pig to drive, but no different really to a weber fed turbo L, i guess.

nah no spares dude - it was all stripped and sold off - we're using a pair of VN cores with alum head tanks for steam evacuation (this has got a serious cooling system, like the farr racing 202).

Ahh my first car. Tho mine was red. Holy sh*t did that thing see some action! Massive rally action, frequently airborne with up to 7 people inside, compression sessions, driving on the beach, a large amount of back seat action (thanks to my nymphomaniac GF at the time) and many surfing safari's and trips up the Cold Toast.

Memories :)
