Green is indeed the EFI pressure regulator.
Red is the EGR valve, Exhaust Gas Recirculation.
Purple is either fuel supply or fuel return.
Blue is a thermo valve for a vacuum source?

I think!

Thanks Nissanman

The egr valve has a vaccum hose on it. what should i connect this 2.

will the standard fuel pressure reg be ok for a turbo?

That fuel barb is not the return or supply, these are seperate, is there somewhere else fuel needs to go or can I block this off?

if you have feed and return there is no need for that Tee that i can think of. it would normally have been pipe, so a straight bit of hose end to end would do.
that little sensor, just after the throttle body, could??? be an air temperature sensor of sorts.. why it has a vacuum line to it, not sure, unless it's for cold starts.
the Z18 efi had a sensor right after the throttle body on the intake for that same reason.

the last 2 things are

blue = extra fuel jet

purple = extra fuel jet feed

ding! ding! ding! i won the million dollars!!!! :woohoo:

if you arent going to use it then pull it out, or plum it up, put a plug on it and run the wires back into the loom to make it look propper, you dont want no po po telling you that your missing a vital senser or some Krap!

i think that the reason for the jet is becaue of the poor ecu that was used on these engines, i mean if you open up the original trottle position senser you'll fin that it is just a 2 or 3 position switch (closed, mid and open!)

also I think that the jet is in backwards. if you pull it out you will see a 25mm long shaft with a tiny nozel in one side, i think it is supposed to point away from the butterfly

hope this helps
